Subject: Warning Email for Disciplinary Action
Dear [employee name],
I hope you are well.
Our organisation is writing this email to bring to your notice that there have been a total of six complaints made against you by your colleagues, due to your behaviour at work during the last months. An indoor inquiry has concluded that these complainants were right to report your Warning Email for Disciplinary Action.
If you draw your attention to the employee handbook that was provided to you during your induction. In accordance with Clause 5 of the Code of Conduct policy, found within that book, you are being informed that such behaviours disrupt the harmony within the organisation. This is totally unacceptable in our company.
Such behaviours could take us off the path towards achieving our organisational goals. As we are a values-oriented organisation, and as a result of that we are waiting for you to improve your behaviour.
The internal inquiry committee has ruled that this will be treated as your final warning. Any future repetition of this behaviour will have terminal consequences, you have been warned! We hope you will pay attention to this warning.
