
We are looking for an HR assistant to join our HR team. You will be in charge of carrying out various different HR tasks and functions daily, such as administration, recruitment, training, payroll, etc.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily HR activities and operations of the organization
- Support the company recruitment process when required
- Maintain and organize employee records and information
- Arrange and schedule interviews, meetings, or any other HR related event
- Assist with any training days or workshops
- Carry out any HR-related administrative tasks
- Deal with HR-related internal or external enquiries
- Support the process of hiring new staff – e.g., updating records, sending documentation, orientation
- Payroll support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Min. 1 year HR assistant experience (or other HR-related roles)Strong administration skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Must have an in-depth understanding of HR functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong people and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of payroll process
