
We are looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our customer service team. Your role is to provide excellent customer service to our customers in order to maintain high customer satisfaction rates. You will be the first point of contact so the ability to build rapport with customers is important.
Customer Service Adviser Responsibilities:
- Create valuable relationships with customers
- Respond to customer queries and solve issues efficiently
- Excellent knowledge of our products and services
- Provide information about the products and services on offer, and match them to customer requirements
- Handle customer complaints and offer support
- Carry out administrative tasks in response to customer queries
- Diligently undertake tasks on customers’ accounts
- Work as part of a team within a fast-paced working environment
- Meet targets when required
Customer Service Adviser Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Administration skills
- Computer literacy
- Good attention to detail
- Good problem solving skills
- A self-motivated and proactive attitude
