
We are looking for a competent and hard-working staffing coordinator to join our human resources team. You will be in charge of various staffing requirements and support the day-to-day operations of the human resources department.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s staffing strategy
- Work closely with the different departments to identify the company’s staffing requirements
- Prepare work schedules and ensure that there are no scheduling issues
- Support the HR department with the recruitment process (including application reviews, candidate screening, interviews, etc.)
- Create staffing reports regularly
- Carry out HR related administrative tasks as required
- Support the development of employee training and induction strategies
- Assist in the new employee onboarding process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Min. [1 year] experience in an HR, recruitment, or similar role
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in developing HR and recruitment strategies
- Outstanding knowledge of HR best practices
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- A team player
- Microsoft Office proficiency
