
We are looking for a public relations officer to manage all PR-related activities and ensure that the company upholds a good reputation. You will be responsible for monitoring the public’s opinion of our company and ensure that we are consistently presenting a positive image.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop the company’s overall PR strategy
- Plan and implement PR and media campaigns
- Monitor the public’s opinion of our company
- Monitor the media (news, magazines, social media, broadcasts, etc.)
- Create and edit promotional content (press releases, brochures, social media posts, speeches, etc.)
- Organise PR/networking events and represent the company
- Make public speeches at press conferences and interviews as required
- Create PR reports and presentations
- Maintain and develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications, journalism, or related field
- Min. [5 years] experience in a PR or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in media and communications
- Strong copywriting skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience creating and managing PR and media campaigns
- Strong time-management and organisation skills
- A creative and confident individual
