
Team Leader, We are looking for a keen and talented individual to join our team as a Team Leader. This role requires an individual who has a track record of strong leadership in a fast-paced working environment. You will be responsible for leading a team, providing coaching and support towards their development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate your team to achieve business targets and objectives
- Create a strong team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals on a regular basis
- Coach and develop your team to ensure that they have the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required to improve performance
- Respond positively to change and take ownership of the messages in key communications
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Suggest and organize team-building activities
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Degree in Business Management or a similar field
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
