A warning letter is a formal letter, issued by an employer to an employee of an organization. A company can take corrective action to resolve employee related issues by issuing a warning letter.
Subject: Final Warning
It has come to our notice that you have been repeatedly given informal and formal warnings in the past __ due to ___ issues. You were clearly informed of our expectations for _ at work and the need to improve. We discussed the negative impact of __ on your productivity and the effect it has on others as well. Despite these warnings, you have not adhered to our policies and repeated the same.
As a result of _______, you are being placed on Final Warning w.e.f __ till __. You will be ineligible for any paid leaves, promotions or transfers, and you will be expected to strictly comply with company policies. Failure to show immediate and sustained improvement will result in immediate termination.
