
For the job of district manager, we are searching for a results-oriented applicant with strong interpersonal skills. District managers are in charge of, among other things, creating regional goals including sales predictions and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing activities are consistent across all stores, maintaining a regional budget, and ensuring that each store runs within the budget.
Responsibilities:
● Recruiting, training, and disciplining store managers are all part of the job
● Ensure each store's operating efficiency
● Assuring that each store's marketing efforts are consistent
● Establishing regional objectives, such as sales forecasts and income projections
● Assuring that the stores under their control follow company and industry guidelines
● Assuring that all stores satisfy safety and sanitation requirements
● Managing a regional budget and making sure that each store is on track
● Taking care of any operational issues that arise
● Communication between regional offices and corporate headquarters
● Assuring that client service is uniform throughout all locations
● Providing advice to senior management
Requirements:
● A bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar subject is required
● 5+ years of experience in retail management
● Quantitative skills and budget management experience are required
● Ability to lead and make decisions
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
