This letter is to document clear information regarding the incident that occurred on ___ to avoid miscommunication and convey all information clearly.
At __ am/pm on _____, 2020 an employee was found transferring sensitive client information to communicate with the company’s competitors. Evidence of this unethical act has been found through the company server and through our CCTV cameras.
The higher management has decided to terminate the employee after listening to his explanation of reasons. We retrieved all data from him and have successfully informed our client’s to get in touch in case they notice any suspicious activity.
