
We are looking for a keen and talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. This role requires an individual who can work well autonomously and manage their time effectively to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Book travel and accommodation
- Manage a contact list of key stakeholders
- Initiate and manage projects (e.g. new content, CRM projects)
- Assist with email campaigns
- Assist the marketing with social media where required
- Compile expenses, electronic filing, and reporting
- Address employees’ administrative and general queries
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing and cloud services
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Excellent follow-up and able to respond quickly
- Marketing and/or project management experience
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
