Thoughts on the future of HR
The future of HR will be driven by the most innovative use of technology. With a hybrid working style seeming to be the future, HR folks will have to break from the traditional approaches of people engagement, learning and growth and explore newer methods to align employees to the company's culture.
When and why did you pick HR as a profession?
The idea of marrying business understanding, organization vision, and employee success was too intriguing for me as a young professional. My role with a management consulting company gave me exposure to the impact an informed HR professional can make.
According to you, what is the role of Technology in HR?
The transition to a digital HR Paradigm has helped organizations optimize their HR efforts more efficiently. The use of tech provides us with the most important asset - data. This data gives us trends and insights that not only make people initiatives more relevant but also helps in being proactive in our approach
What aspect of your job do you not like at all?

How do you keep track of the performance of the people you're in charge of?
We have a regular feedback loop. Review meetings are to plan the way forward, daily interactions and catchups helps me and the team manage roadblocks and do course correction thereby keeping us agile!
