
We are looking for a keen and talented individual to join our team as a Benefits Analyst. This role requires an individual who has excellent understanding of the benefits industry and can attract the best candidates due to their knowledge of benefits. You will be responsible for evaluating existing benefits policies and proposing amendments where necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the full range of benefits available and applicable to employees
- Holding meetings to discuss the details of a benefits program with employees
- Design benefit communications, including benefit launches, promotions and updating internal systems
- Provide information with regards to changes in benefits and respond to any queries Own, review & improve benefit processes where necessary
- Act as a key member of the reward team being the main point of contact for all employees with regards to benefits and rewards
- Liaise with benefit brokers and complete benchmarking to design and recommend changes to benefit packages
- Conducting audits of benefits packages and policies to ensure that the company’s processes are adhering to relevant standards
Requirements:
- Experience as a benefits analyst or similar role
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated capacity to communicate benefits effectively and practically
- Superior knowledge of relevant rules and regulations surrounding employee benefits
- Excellent analytical skills to research and evaluate benefits programs
- The ability to present information clearly and in a manner that is understandable to managers and employees
- Excellent writing skills for reports and benefits information
