The Emotional Body
Keep your emotional body in check. Attempt to encircle yourself just with positive individuals. Learn however much you can from them. Engaging with people who constantly belittle you and drain your energy is a complete NO!
Acknowledge your emotions and feelings. There is an experiment that helps limit the effect other people have on you is. Try to be quiet as often as you can. If you limit your speech, you will choose more carefully what you say and who you say it to. Put a limit on how much you can complain about a person in a day and don’t let yourself do it beyond that. That will only bring you down and disrupt your daily routine.
The emotional body has a deep impact on the physical body.
The Physical Body
You don't have to have a six-pack or resemble a model. You simply should be fit and healthy. We have to take care of it daily. Avoid unhealthy habits like not sleeping on time and bad eating habits. Fix your sleep schedule and what you feed to your body. Exercise for a few minutes everyday.
The Mental Body
You have to take control of your mind and your thoughts. You can do this by setting up a goal for yourself. Think about ways you can be productive in order to take control of your mind. Make a list of ideas and keep coming up with more to keep your idea muscle working constantly.
The Spiritual Body
What are some things in your life you are grateful for? Awaken your spiritual body.
There are numerous approaches to help your otherworldly body, and they don't really identify with god or religion.
Set aside some time to be grateful for the things in your day to day existence. Meditate and just observe yourself breathing. Trust in the process of the universe. The right thing will happen at the right time in the right place. You will light up the universe and add brightness to the lives around you. External changes are responsive to internal changes.
Choose yourself, take care of yourself and watch your life transform.
