
We are looking for a keen and talented individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator. This role requires an individual who is very organized and able to communicate effectively. You will undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks with the support of your team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and coordination of programs
- Collaborate with other departments to manage content programs and initiatives
- Coordinate, track, and communicate the status of program launches from inception to activation.
- Ensure timelines and deadlines are understood and met and keep projects on track
- Prioritize programs based on priority
- Ensure implementation of policies and practices
- Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions
- Manage communications through media relations, social media, etc.
- Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
- Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
Requirements:
- Proven experience as program coordinator or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, action-driven, with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to foster and build a strong working relationship
