One thing is clear throughout everyday life: everybody needs to be strong, happy, secure, and locate their true self, however many neglect to accomplish these plainly characterized objectives. Dr. Murphy believes that whatever we "tell" our subconscious mind it accepts: I will succeed. I will be rich. The law of our mind is the law of conviction. Every one of our encounters, occasions, conditions and acts are the responses of our subconscious brain. As indicated by Dr. Murphy, when we start to control our manners of thinking, we can apply the forces of our subconscious to any issue or trouble.
We set out to improve our circumstances the way we normally approach the physical situation and environment we are in. According to Dr. Murphy, to remove confusion, you must remove the cause, and the cause is the way you are using your conscious mind to think. When our conscious mind has thoughts full of fear, worry, and anxiety, the negative emotions in our subconscious mind flood our conscious mind with a sense of panic and anxiety.
The subconscious and conscious
There are two levels of our mind:
The conscious or rational level, and
The subconscious or irrational level.
Our subconscious mind is the seat of our emotions and is the creative mind. If we think good, then good will follow; if we think evil, then evil will follow. The main point to remember is once the subconscious mind accepts an idea, it starts to make it happen by attracting similar things. It is perceived by intuition.
Our conscious mind is where we make choices, and is sometimes referred to as our objective mind. We think with our conscious mind.
Making the subconscious work
The primary thing we need to acknowledge is that our subconscious mind is continually working. To get to it, we need to change the examples of our conscious brain and our objectives. Belief is the pattern for the subconscious mind and habit is a function for the subconscious mind- what your subconscious mind believes, it repeats, and further turns into actions. The best time to do this before sleeping.
The Murphy Way
Visualization is a procedure by Dr. Murphy's that we can use to tune our subconscious mind before sleep. Firstly, it is important to get into a relaxed state in order to focus. Be calm. Next, try to solve the problems with the conscious mind, think of solutions. Practice Johann von Goethe’s ritual- in a peaceful state, imagine a loved one saying ‘Congratulations’ and experience all the feelings of achieving a specific goal.
