When and why did you pick HR as a profession?
While in second year I gained confidence in myself, and figured our I like spending with people and solving their problems, so hence, I became an HR.
According to you, what is the role of Technology in HR?
With the lockdowns and covid case and constantly working from tracking attendance and productivity gets difficult, but with the help of technology doing that will always be easy.
