The first thing you can do to start becoming a recognized expert in your field is to create a professional development group of peers who can help you get to your goal. many minds are better than one. And many people who can refer you to people you want to meet are better than doing it on your own. The second thing you can do to build relationships with influencers is by interviewing them. Just be sure to nurture that relationship before and after the interview.
- Communicating one-to-many:
If you want to be known for your ideas, you have to start sharing them. While in the past this may have been hard, today, all you need to do is start a blog or social media account and start posting.
The easiest way to build a community around your ideas is to become somebody who connects other people, with your idea at the center of the conversation.
