
We are looking for a skilled and experienced technical recruiter to join our HR and recruitment team. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top candidates for technical positions within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with various managers and departments to discuss their recruitment needs
- Assess the company’s current technical recruitment strategy and identify new opportunities
- Work closely with the HR team to gain an understanding of the company’s overall hiring needs and identify which job positions are open
- Develop the overall technical recruitment strategy
- Write job descriptions for technical roles and create job postings
- Screen potential candidates and run background checks
- Review applications and carry out interviews
- Source and identify new candidates for open positions
- Network and build rapport with potential applicants and candidates
- Attend job fairs, networking events, conferences, etc. as required
- Stay up to date with trends regarding IT, technology, and recruitment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, IT, or relevant field
- Min. [2 years] experience in a technical recruiter or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of IT and technical roles as well as the skills required
- Proven experience in recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing strategies
- Previous experience conducting interviews
- Microsoft Office proficient
