
We need a membership coordinator to act as a connection between our organization and our members. From serving as the first point of contact for membership-related concerns to planning events to recruit new members, the membership coordinator will be responsible for all elements of membership. You must be able to maintain membership numbers and assure member satisfaction in order to be successful as a membership coordinator.
Responsibilities:
● Answering any membership-related issues, requests for information, and complaints
● Membership applications, renewals, and resignations are all processed
● Updating and maintaining membership records
● Assisting with activities including member communication
● Data collection, membership statistics tracking, and report preparation
● Developing and implementing new member recruitment tactics
● Keeping track of membership revenue in collaboration with the accounting department
● Creating marketing materials for memberships
● Organizing activities and events for current and prospective members
Requirements:
● GED/high school diploma
● Previous membership management, sales, or recruitment experience
● Microsoft Office proficiency is required
● Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
● Outstanding customer service abilities
● Ability to think independently and creatively
● Writing and editing abilities are exceptional
● Exceptionally well-organized
