1. Thoughts on the future of HR
Data and analytics with a personal touch is the future. Some people push on taking decisions only based on the data but also need to understand the human face of the scenario they are in.
2. When and why did you pick HR as a profession?
Travel and sports helped me connect with different people which I really liked. HR has helped me to grow that passion and put it at my work.
3. According to you, what is the role of Technology in HR?
The technology has helped us to derive at conclusions using data that can be gathered via tools available.

Letting go of people when they are in need of the job. Still try to help them to reach somewhere better

What kinds of problems do you have to deal with?
Creating JD is always tricky as you need to create something very specific to your organization. I work very closely with the hiring managers to make sure that the details are shared in the JD
8. How do you keep track of the performance of the people you're in charge of?
Engage with them to understand the end to end work and then push how the performance can be improved. Important thing is to how you can assist in making sure they achieve something that you want them to achieve.
