To terminate a contract, is to end the contract prior to it being fully performed by the parties. The effect of the termination of a contract is to discharge the parties from their unperformed obligations under the contract.

We regretfully inform you that your services will no longer be required at Company Name. Therefore, this letter serves as an official notice for termination of the contract. We will be serving the notice period of 60 days as per the signed contract.
Please find below the reasons for termination:

● Inability to meet deadlines
● Unprofessional behaviour
● Lack of feedback
The orders placed prior to this date are expected to be met within the 60 days period. Please send any pending payment invoices, and we will process them at our normal payment cycle.
