
To handle our clinical and administrative procedures, our healthcare center is looking for a dependable and qualified healthcare administrator. To be successful in this position, you must have a thorough understanding of healthcare legislation and medical terminology.
Responsibilities:
● Maintain a close eye on the department's budget and provide detailed reports on your findings
● Keep meticulous records of the medical and office supplies you have on hand ● Employees should be informed of new policies and other changes
● Make work schedules for all of your staff
● To identify their challenges and requirements, collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
● Answer queries from doctors, nurses, and patients as soon as possible
● Ascertain that patient medical records are up to date
● Keep track of all expenses and suggest cost-cutting strategies
● Ascertain that all departments adhere to current healthcare rules and regulations Requirements:
● A bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, or a closely related subject is required
● A minimum of 5 years of hospital administration experience is required ● Medical terminology and regulations are well-versed
● Problem-solver with excellent time management skills
● It's a plus if you have prior experience with administrative and accounting processes
