The IT director is well responsible for effective designing, developing, and operating the IT products and services and provides well support to the IT system.
Responsibilities
- Understanding the technology needs of the organization
- Setting short term and long term IT implementation goals
- Deployment of new hardware and software system
- Protecting highly sensitive data, system and application
- Calculating the overall cost and prediction of the future IT system
- Managing and manipulating IT expertise and other supporting employees and software developers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer or information science
- Masters in business administration
- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing IT teams in multinational corporations
- A B.S in programming
