
We are looking for a talented Account Executive to join our team. As our Account executive, you will be in charge of managing client relationships and ensuring that their needs are met. You must maintain our current accounts, whilst looking for ways to develop prospective accounts.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Managing existing client relationships and making sure that their objectives are met
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain high customer satisfaction rates
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with new clients
- Managing multiple clients and different accounts at the same time
- Interact with clients, keep them updated and respond to their queries regularly
- Point of contact between the team and the client
- Regularly report on the status and activities of each account
- Carry out administrative tasks when required
- Work closely with the account manager and team, as well as other departments
Account Executive Requirements:
- Relevant experience in account management
- Degree in business, marketing or related field (Desirable)
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills
- Excellent organisation skills and must be able to effectively multitask
- Strategic-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about customer service and finding solutions to customer issues
