Responsibilities:
● Obtaining production money
● Recruiting the right people for the job
● Creating a long-term work schedule
● Taking care of the cast and staff on a daily basis
● From idea to completion, I was in charge of the production
● Creating a budget and adhering to its constraints
● Industry and union regulations must be followed
● During production, resolving internal disputes
● Assisting with the product's marketing and promotion
Requirements:
● A bachelor's degree in film, television, or a related discipline is preferred
● Strong decision-making and leadership abilities
● Film, television, radio, or journalism experience is preferred
● Delegation skills
● Ability to multitask well
● Exceptional organizational abilities
● Outstanding verbal communication
