
We are looking for a talented and experienced sales director to join our team. As the sales director, you will be responsible for managing the sales operations of the business and ensuring that sales growth is at the forefront of our sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee and manage the sales team – recruit, train, and support sales staff
- Develop the overall sales strategy and implement action plans
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team, as well as any other departments as required
- Stay up to date with sales and market trends
- Define sales objectives and create sales reports
- Monitor sales performance and ensure that everything is on track
- Identify growth opportunities and implement them accordingly
- Attend workshops and represent the company at events when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales management, marketing, or relevant field (desirable)
- Min. 5 years sales director (or similar) experience
- Proven experience in management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the industry
- Strong presentation skills
- A great problem-solver
