Would like to bring in more personal touch in what we do, more of employee engagement to say in simple terms.
What do you wish you knew when you started your professional career?
Have learn a lot with my own efforts, exploring new things was my passion. I realized it late that it is very necessary to have an experienced mentor during the initial part of the career to show the right direction.

Thoughts on the future of HR
HR shall be the key to success of every organization going forward, it is all about employee engagement, right employee onboarding, employee retention. HR is the only department which have less influence of AI as it is people we deal with, and it involves emotions.
When and why did you pick HR as a profession?
I always was in to networking and always felt that HR is one platform where I will always be exposed to people which provides me an opportunity to learn, understand and implement on a continuous basis.
According to you, what is the role of Technology in HR?
Technology places a very vital role in HR to ensure timely communication, transparency and with proper data, effective decision making.
What aspect of your job do you not like at all?
Situation of offboarding employees who have not performed well even after ample chances, but their personal situations don’t complement my decision.

If you could automate only one thing in your job, what would it be?
Currently would love to automate the BGV and Recruitment process.
Do you have trouble finding certain JD's?What kinds of problems do you have to deal with?
finding JD’s is not a difficult task but finding a person who lives up to the JD is difficult as these days resumes have all the key words in it.
How do you keep track of the performance of the people you're in charge of?
Well drafted policies to outline the requirements transparently to every cadre and then monitored and controlled through excel.
