
We are looking for a keen and talented individual to join our team as a Director of Talent. This role requires an individual who has a passion for people and strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for driving our organization-wide talent management and talent resourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic focus of the talent department
- Ensure the talent team is provided with development and training opportunities
- Implements effective talent attraction strategy which supports resourcing needs
- Oversees the use of technology and tools to ensure an effective and efficient sourcing and selection process
- Management of the departmental budget and forecasts
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify shortages
- Monitor and report on employee turnover rates
- Develop employee retention programs and team-building activities
- Craft policies that support internal promotions
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Director of Talent or similar role
- Familiarity with performance management and relevant software
- Experience delivering employee training programs
- Strong ability to identify and attract top talent
- Experience in leading high performing teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
