
We're looking for an experienced and resourceful client services coordinator to manage our clients' day-to-day interactions. The client services coordinator will be in charge of gathering data on how best to assist clients. You will report directly to top management and collaborate extensively with a variety of stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and customers. You'll need excellent organizational and communication abilities to succeed in this position. Your work shall be accurate, and you will conduct yourself in a courteous and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with support in person, via email, or over the phone
- Clients and management should meet or have a telephone conference
- Make a reservation for a conference room or a venue
- Organize the creation of marketing materials for clients
- Compile and manage customer account records
- Client feedback and requests are screened, and relevant departments within the business are contacted to provide solutions
- Complaints should be escalated to the appropriate departments
- Consult with internal teams to alter service offerings and cost estimatesDevelop and maintain close client connections
Requirements:
- It is preferable to have a bachelor's degree
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Adobe, and project management tools, such as Trello, are required
- Prior administrative or client service experience in a corporate setting is likely to be highly valued
- A warm and professional demeanor
- You must have a good sense of detailExcellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
