
We're looking for a seasoned and hands-on director of facilities to oversee the operation of our facilities and build a secure and efficient workplace that boosts corporate success and boosts employee productivity. This position requires great communication skills, outstanding organizational abilities, a wide understanding of business activities, and project management experience. A great director of facilities must be knowledgeable about the property's technical features, be able to support day-to-day company operations, ensure facility efficiency, mitigate risk, and ensure that facilities are in good working order.
Responsibilities:
● Managing contractors
● Security, cleaning, and catering are all things I'm in charge of
● Providing on-site assistance
● Routine maintenance and repairs are coordinated
● Renovations are being planned
● Taking care of waste disposal
● Cost estimation and budgeting
● Designing and designing the arrangement of facilities
● Staff safety precautions are being taught
● Ensuring that regulations and laws are followed
Requirements:
● A bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or real estate management is required
● Interpersonal abilities are excellent
● Communication abilities that be exceptional
● Experience with project management
● Regulations and legislation are well-understood
● The ability to multitask
● Literacy on the computer
