
We looking to employ a reliable Benefits administrator!! You will be responsible for all employee benefit programs within our company.
Since benefits plans are one of the most important roles for employee satisfaction your work will be very important. In addition, confidentiality, knowledge of rules, policies, regulations and excellent communication skills will be needed.
Responsibilities
Manage programs such as insurance, wellness etc.
Coordinate leaves of absence and processes such as worker’s compensation etc
Ensure timely payment of monthly premiums
Manage enrolments and determine employee eligibility
Negotiate and evaluate with service providers
Handle benefit compensations
Handle reimbursement procedures
Keep employee records
Advise employees with their potential benefit options
Maintain professional communication with the accounting department
Qualifications
X years of experience as a Benefits Administrator
In-depth knowledge of different benefit plans
Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS)
Hands-on experience with data analysis
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
BA in business administration, human resources or similar relevant field
