
We are looking for a keen and talented individual to join our HR team as a Learning and Development Manager. This role requires an individual to take responsibility for reviewing and adapting the Learning and Development program to meet the operational requirements of the business.
Responsibilities:
· Create and execute learning strategies and programs including new training materials
· Oversee the development of e-learning and compliance training
· Collate and prepare reports on employee feedback
· Drive the engagement and attendance of the training and development classes
· Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
· Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
· Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
· Track budgets and negotiates contracts
· Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
Requirements:
· 3 + years experience working as an L&D Advisor or Manager
· Knowledge of generic learning and development systems and processes
· Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
· Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
· Experience in project management and budgeting
· Proficient in MS Office
