
We are looking for a driven and ambitious recruitment consultant to join our HR and recruitment team. As a recruitment consultant, you will support the company’s recruitment process by finding the best candidates and matching them to the right roles.
Responsibilities:
- Create and nurture relationships with prospective clients
- Create and nurture relationships with prospective candidates
- Assess potential candidates by carrying out background checks and conducting interviews
- Source suitable candidates for roles and ensure that they meet the client’s requirements
- Develop a strong understanding of each client’s organisation and industry
- Schedule and organise meetings between clients and candidates
- Ensure that candidates are fully prepared for their interviews and answer any questions or queries they may have
- Provide regular updates to both the client and the candidate throughout the whole recruitment process
- Undertake research into market and competitors
- Support the negotiation of terms between the client and the candidate
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR, sales or related field
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR, and employment processes
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good rapport-building skills
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Experience of working towards targets (desirable)
- A confident and friendly personality
- A self-motivated individual
