
We're searching for an operations administrator to help with our company's day-to-day operations. Answering the phone, keeping track of inventories, managing financial and client data, handling maintenance concerns, and giving administrative help as needed are some of the responsibilities of the operations administrator.
Responsibilities:
● Answering phones and responding to requests and inquiries from clients
● Keeping track of and upgrading the company's databases
● Keeping inventory and placing orders for supplies
● Keeping track of finances, employees, and clients
● Customer contact and newsletters are written and mailed
● Organizing events, organizing meetings, and making travel arrangements are all tasks that must be completed
● Taking charge of the upkeep of office and facility equipment
● As needed, provide administrative support to other departments or projects
● Assisting with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
● GED/high school diploma
● A bachelor's degree in business administration, facility management, or a similar discipline would be advantageous
● 2+ years working as an operations administrator or in a comparable role
● Strong administrative and organizing skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
