We're seeking an editor in chief who will be in charge of overseeing the publication's
content development. Reviewing stories and images, contributing to editorial pieces, and managing
day-to-day operations are all part of an editor in chief's job description.
Responsibilities:
● Articles are proofread for accuracy, grammar, and style
● Evaluating content and making decisions about whether or not it is appropriate for
publication
● At events, acting as a representative for the publication
● Junior writers are being developed
● Participating in the employment and recruiting process
● Increasing the publication's success
Requirements:
● A bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
● Editorial experience is a plus
● Interpersonal skills are important
● Ability to make sound decisions
● Exceptional leadership abilities
